Do I need to create an account to use IMG FLY?

No, you don't need an account to use the basic features of IMG FLY. However, creating an account gives you access to additional features, conversion history, and the ability to save your preferences.

How do I convert an image?

Converting an image is simple:

  • Choose your conversion type (e.g., HEIC to JPG)
  • Upload your image by dragging and dropping or clicking "Browse Files"
  • Wait for the conversion to complete
  • Download your converted image

Yes! IMG FLY supports batch conversion, allowing you to convert multiple images at once. Free users can convert up to 10 images at a time, while premium users enjoy higher limits. Simply upload multiple files and we'll process them all together.

Is there a file size limit?

Free users can upload images up to 10MB per file. Premium users can upload files up to 50MB. For very large files or special requirements, please contact our support team.

Will my images lose quality during conversion?

We use high-quality conversion algorithms to minimize quality loss. For JPG conversions, we use a default quality setting of 92%, which provides an excellent balance between file size and image quality. You can also adjust the quality settings in premium plans.

Are my images stored on your servers?

Your privacy is important to us. Uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour of conversion. We do not store, share, or use your images for any purpose other than the conversion you requested.

Does IMG FLY work on mobile devices?

Yes! IMG FLY is fully responsive and works on all devices including smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers. You can convert images directly from your phone's camera roll or photo gallery.

What are the premium plan options?

We offer several premium plans:

  • Pro Plan ($9/month) - 50MB file limit, 5GB cloud storage, background removal
  • Business Plan ($29/month) - 100MB file limit, 50GB cloud storage, team features

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you can continue using the service until your subscription ends.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and in some regions, local payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied with our premium service within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund. After this period, we do not offer refunds for unused portions of your subscription.
